He has been serving the profession since 2012 and has extensive experience in Direct Taxation, International Taxation, Tax Audits, Direct Tax Assessments, Transfer Pricing, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), consultancy assignments, liquidation matters, and various company law compliances.

CA. Jitesh Kedia

Jitesh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a DISA-qualified professional with over 13 years of experience in taxation, audit, risk advisory, and financial management. As Founder Partner at A R C K & Co., he advises businesses and startups on Indirect Taxation, compliance, financial controls, and Virtual CFO services.

With a strong blend of technical expertise and practical business acumen, he has successfully guided clients across diverse industries in navigating complex regulatory and financial challenges. He is also a speaker at IIT Bombay and regularly conducts sessions on Artificial Intelligence (AI), finance, and emerging technologies, helping professionals and organizations leverage innovation for growth and efficiency.

CA. Anand Singhee

Anand is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Company Secretary (ICSI), Certified Concurrent Bank Auditor, and a Qualified Securities and Financial Assets Valuer with over 14 years of professional experience.

He has been serving the profession since 2012 and possesses extensive experience in Business Valuation, Corporate Finance (Debt), Debt Restructuring, Compliance, Private Equity, and Venture Capital Financing. He has worked across diverse sectors including Food & Hospitality, Technology, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Chemicals. His experience spans the entire business lifecycle, from incorporation and growth-stage advisory to preparing businesses for IPO readiness.

CA. Sudhanshu Choudhary

Sudhanshu is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of professional experience, combining strong advisory expertise with hands-on business leadership experience. His career spans consulting, wealth management, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures.

He began his professional journey with EY in the Transaction Tax (M&A Tax) practice and later worked with the Family Office team at Centrum Wealth Management, advising HNIs and business families on taxation, structuring, and estate planning matters. He subsequently transitioned into the startup ecosystem, taking up leadership roles with Unacademy and early-stage ventures, gaining extensive experience in operations, partnerships, finance, compliance, and business strategy.
